Ya, I love that picture too. I took that last Sunday when we went up to Shirley's. We walked in the living room and they went straight over to Gretchen's crate. Teddy opened the door and Cubby walked right in all the way to the back then returned to the front to sit down with the puppies to check them all out. Teddy was leaning in and out. Shirley sent me a text saying Cubby is walking around saying Chicken. I guess they spent the day taking care of them with Shirley.

I was playing around and loaded 21 books for free onto the K2. Honestly I really like your idea of me keeping the K2 and you getting the K3 and a lighted case. the new one is a little smaller and lighter and can go for a month on a single charge if it isn't on wifi. It comes in two colors, off white and charcoal. There's like 10+ color cases with the built in light.

Scarecrow didn't get the job he was applying for, it was a higher level than he is ready for. But no fears, cause the guy set him up with a level he is more qualified for with a little help from me. I told him when he told me that is was all cool, I know that after about a year most guys start looking around for something better ya know the next step up. I always say that Evergreen is a great places to train because in a year your going to see everything. But ya, I've has Andy in mind since I couldn't get you hired he's my boy too.
=) One of your friends was is the office with another friend applying for an apartment today.

Training was a waste of time.

anyways no i dont think it said lighted on it but you might as well get the lighted case for me and ill see it i can stuff them both into the other case or just use it as back up and thats cool ill have to look on amazon still i havent done it since i was home with you and how are you liking the internet
yeah we have gym not everything is plywood just the building that MY platoon is staying in cuz the company knows we are badasses and we dont complain hahahaha

yeah and i talked to andy he should be giving you a call sometime soon about the job and i told him that if he needs money for gas or whatever about it to just ask you
its ok with me i know he is good for it and i want him to get this job and he said he is down like a clown to get it

i love that you thought of him for it
you know he is as badass as me

but please do what you can for him and he is a good learner and as funny as me
just make sure i stay the fav hahahaha

Hi, So I was looking at the new K3 and you can get a lighted case for it. Do you remember if the one you ordered it said it was lighted or not? There are some books on Amazon that can be loaded for free. Like classics, Dracula, Frankenstein, Treasure Island, etc. But anyways a lighted case cost about the same as getting the case and reading light separate and you don't need batteries for it cause it runs on the Kindle. The separate reading light runs on AAA batteries.



There's a GYM there? I thought the place was just a bunch of plywood huts. No wonder you were looking so buff when you were here. Haha.



Shirley, Amber and Dillon came down and picked berries all afternoon and when I got off of work we went to FP's. I haven't been there since you left. I love it when Gerry is there working. Nobody must hash browns like he does. Cubby and Bear drank like 30 creamers. Then Shirley kidnapped the littles and took them home with her. So quiet here. I miss them. I came home and gave Fritz and Sadie a bath and put them is their crates to dry and scrubbed the floor in my room.



Today was a busy at work, I worked in a unit were we evicted someone and it was the usual mess. Then in the middle of it someone called and said and said that there was water dipping in their water heater closet from the ceiling. So we check the upstairs out and the water heater was leaking then Joseph decided that the downstairs one was in bad shape also. So we replaced both of them in 90 minutes. Cause we are awesome like that.



Well I better close this letter, I have training in the morning. What a waste of time. But I have to get up earlier to get there on time. I love you and miss you. Keep Safe. XOXOXOXOX

yeah well poo i might have to ask you to order the lil reading light thing that should plug into it or something but who knows

and yeah it is nice i actually just got done eating dinner with him not that long ago we are supposed to be going to the gym soon

I was just looking at the K it's like trying to read a book in the dark. I don't know if the back ground can be changed I'd have to look at the instructions that are loaded in it. It does have a read to me feature so you don't actually have to read in yourself but can listen to it.

I'm glad to hear that you can still see and hang out with Ethan.

yeah sometimes it is hard to see what you are saying when you use your phone cuz it goes in between sentences and such but that is very good =] i miss them and i hope that when i get back cubby has a full grill

hmm i mean i am not picky but its the back light for reading in the dark i wanted you to check out it doesnt have to be very bright cuz i have pretty good eyesight and all ya know but yeah i cant use the 3g here but if you want to order it use my money and make it your birthday present since i didnt get you anything this time except gracing you with my presence hahahaha i hope you know i didnt forget it was just sad that it was my last night ya know

yeah i mean i did alot for him in his last moments i carried him to his resting place i tied his harnest on and held it until i decided to tie him to the pole
i am pretty hurt by it cuz he was a great dog and its just not the same i mean no tears in this platoon were shed but it was deff a dark day ya know

and as for ethan i see him still like i just dont have him around so i get to see him as much but i still see him we watch the mighty ducks three the other day

I guess you may have misunderstood about Bear, he is doing great. The amount of accidents is dropping. Some days he goes all day without messes. Cubby has cut tooth number 7 today. He had a fever last night and this morning at G&G's and when I got home from work I checked his gums again and there it was.



Your Kindle came in today, still waiting on the case. It is supposed to be easy to use even in bright sunlight, I looked it up again. Remember we talked about it? How that it was good that it had that feature? So now the 3rd generation Kindle is coming out that is preselling for $189. If you want, I could keep the K2 and we could pre-order the K3 for you. Up to you. The new one is smaller in size with the same reading size screen and has 3g and wifi and you don't need to hook it up to anything download books to it in 100 countries. Up to you.



We all feel pretty bad about Grizz. I like to think that at least you were there with him at the end. I couldn't help but think about the movie Ole Yeller all day. It doesn't help either that your friend Ethan has been transferred away from your platoon. I hope that otherwise everything else is okay. Don't forget that we all love you and think your the most awesome thing since the invention of spaghetti.

hmm i thought bear would have been making some progress by now but thats a shame and i wish i could hear cubby speak it would be nice i told andy about the job thing but yeah i gave him you number but if you want to call him his house number is XXX_XXXX and yeah its him and his girlfriend amanda she is real nice and now you and of you so yeah ya know they like kids to you ohh great mother hahaha anyways yeah i think it would be great for him to work there that and it is closer to his location currently and they are trying to find a new place also but yeah nothing exciting but some sad news is i watched the final seconds in grizzs life today =[
i even was the one that carried him up to the hill and tied him to the pole...
i dont know what to make of it
but it was fast and thats all i could ask for

Hi, i'm at the pool waiting for the water to finish filling up. i feel tired, i've been trying to find a fill in the blank form to make a pedigree chart for the puppies. so i keep ending up to late trying to finish it. the boys are well, cubby is really starting to form words, last night i had him saying pease. teddy hasnt had Had to have his bedding changed for several days, yippi. i keep putting cubby on the toilet everyday so he gets his chance to go too. shirley got offered a management position where she works, i dont know if she really wants it because it puts her back to 5 days a week again and no pay raise, but i guess she is going to do it. After all its only natural that she would move into management after working there and finishing her BA. she would probably be running the place if she had gotten to go to nursing school when she graduated high school like she wanted to. well thats about all thats going on. take care i love you mom xoxoxo

yeah you told me about the ft lewis chick and yeah i just made it back to blessing today and alot is different for the worse my best friend eithan isnt even in the platoon anymore and im soo pissed about that but yeah i want you to hold on to my kidle for a lil bit while i finish these books and i want you to see if it has a back light cuz i was told it doesnt and then find out how much that lil light thing would cost
congrats on how far you have come on the chicken palace

I haven't had the chance to email you for a few days. I was really busy at work friday because Joseph took the day off and I had to cover work orders for him, I barely had time to do my own work. Yesterday, Saturday I went with Mike and the littles to Shirley's like usual. I had someone drive down from the Ft Lewis area to see Gretchen' puppies. Her husband is in the Army, she grew up an army brat. They have 2 small boys about 3 and 4. So I'm waiting to hear back from her, she took some photos to show her husband cause he wouldn't be able to come see them until next Sunday. Shirley had puppy people too. Then we worked on the chicken palace until dark. So now all the finish electrical is done inside and the water line is all connected. Still gotta finish running the wire from the pump house. I drove back up to Shirley's again today because someone else wanted to come see the puppies, but then they decided to wait another week so the pups would be moving around and interacting with each other. They want to get a personality match. So I wasted gas coming up here. I'm getting low in my bank because of the whole dew claw thing for that dog. But I believe it is my responsibility and the owner has always been a good word of mouth for my puppies. Hope you made it back to Blessing okay and got all your stuff back without any trouble. Does it feel like you never left? Make sure you are using your foot power, the warmer the weather is the harder it is for your feet to heal. Catherine Anderson told me to tell you that you are in the Anderson family's prayers, to be safe, and to thank you for for your service. Isn't that nice? She is one of my all time favorite authors. She has a Kindle too. They have told me that you can save the books you read in an archive server so you can also go back and reload them on to the original Kindle you loaded them on. I've check it out a small bit and you can save about 2/3 the cost of buying a brand new hardbound book. So if your waiting for the next book in a series to come out, you'll only have to pay about what you pay for it waiting for it to come out in paperback form. That is so awesome. I'm a bit jealous. Another person on Catherine's site has a Nook, but the way I see it. If Catherine has one, it's because its the best cause she can afford the best. And if Lynda, who's gonna send you books, has one it's because it's the best technically wise because her husband writes computer programs so she always has the best gadgets. I'm watching Gretchen's pups wiggle around. It's very entertaining. Take care of yourself. I love you and miss you bunches and bunches Mom xoxoxoxo

well i miss the lils very much and i am sorry that mike is giving ya problems
i wish i could help out sooner with some money but i dont get paid till the 1st
and then you can take what you need sorry that things are just coming down like that
im in bagram now so only one more stop to go and then i will be back at blessing ya know
but yeah anyways
i miss home already
its so hard leaving a second time ya know i wish i was at least back in fort campbell
one thing that i have realized that is crazy is that on the third i will have been in for 1 year and yeah

Hi, Hope you are doing well. Life has definitely been pretty boring sent you left Monday. Bear is still talking about you. Cubby is eating everything he can fit into his mouth. I think I have given up trying to stop him from eating dog food. I started to feed everyone in their crates, then Cubby started reaching in thru the wires and grabbing food out of their bowls. Someone who purchased one of my first puppies sent me a email a few days ago saying that her dog needs to have surgery to remove dew claws. It was my first litter and some of the puppies dewclaw nail grew back and her dog is in pain. Since I did the removal I am paying for the surgery to correct it. The problem is: is that the surgery cost more than what's currently in my paypal account which is acting like a savings account because Wes can't see or touch it. The puppy Lucy is suppose to be going home next Wednesday and I will be getting the remaining balance for her. I usually like to hold on to the balance of a puppy until a week has past in case someone changes their mind and wants to return the puppy. Then I remembered that you used my paypal account to buy your Kindle and my account is $200 lower. So I went online to check your bank account and couldn't remember your password so I reset it to ... and saw that your account is down. It's frustrating, I never seem to get ahead. I don't get paid for another week, hopefully puppy Lucy gets picked up Wednesday, early would be better, and the lady who put a deposit down on Gretchen's choco girl said yesterday that she is sending more money. Saturday someone is going to Shirley's to see the labradoodle puppies, she probably is just looking. She may even pick Shirley's last labradoodle puppy since he is ready to go. Her husband is stationed at FT Lewis so if she buys from me she will get a military discount. I just don't see her placing a deposit without her husband being there. I sent a message to the breeder I got fritz from and was able to get a bunch of information about his parents so I can build a "pedigree". That's about the only thing good that happened today besides getting smiled at by the littles. I'm not very happy with Mike right now and don't even want to discuss it.
