Email conversation, Mon 8/30/10 7:49 AM to 11:38PM

Mom:
How is he? i know that you must be pretty upset since he is a close friend of yours. every thing overthere has been stepped up. its not about patrol. the news said that a couple bases were attacked by enemy wearing your guys clothes. account for everything, dont leave stuff lying aroung. follow your training and listen to your gut. you knew you would have to face this when you signed up. you are going to see friends get hurt, that a part of the the job. thats why you guys got trained on iv's. i'm sorry your friend is hurt.

Jeremiah:
he is stable on a ventilator
i wasnt even anywhere near him at all but when i heard i just dropped everything
it was a 16 hour mission and we went to the place that has been stepped on or drove in by americans since 09

and we fucked that place up
but i dont really know i mean i am gonna keep doing what i do
but its different now

Mom:
Will you be able to continue to get updates on him? Ryan is home, he says to call him. He told me he lost a bud his first tour.

Jeremiah:
he is stable but on a ventilator
they are doing exploratory sugery on him

Mom:
Do you know if he was shot or shrapnel?

Jeremiah:
alot of shrapnel

Mom:
I agree, it changes everything. Up till now it's always been something your hear about on tv or other guys talking about. Reality, is when it touches you or someone close to you. It's right there in front of you in your face. I didn't tell you this but the weekend before last I saw on CNN.com that a couple guys got killed in east Afghanistan, and it was the first morning that I woke up without an email from you in a long time, so I spend the day wondering if something happened to you. Pitiful aint I? That was the day I finally located you on the map. The bad thing is that I cant seem to stop looking at the news to see what's going on.

Jeremiah:
i thought i told you that if anything happens to me by law they will notify you within 4 hours
you will never be outta the loop
i have just been down lately tho

he is going to be ok tho... alot of injuries

From Mom, Sat 8/28/10 5:53 PM

Hey Fav,

I got home from work last night and just slept, so I didn't stay up and write anything. I was playing with the boys this morning and around a 11am I was like oh crap I have to go do the trash. So I go into work and clean up the pile and check the pools. While I was there Joseph drove by, he is on call and someone's water heater was acting up so I hung around a bit and a second water heater issue popped up. So I was there for a couple hours. I came home and played with the Littles some more. Cubby can now say cracker, truck, car and puppy. Today he and I played with a baseball hat for a good 30 minutes. Taking it on and off which he thought was hilarious and because he was grinning and giggling, I thought he was hilarious too.

Joseph is fed up with the HR people for taking so long to get back with Andy's background check. It's been 2 working weeks. Friday he was saying who do you have to kill to around here to get another hired. Andy told him that he has money save to get a cell phone, cause Joseph told him that he's gonna need one since we don't use radios to communicate at work anymore.

I'm driving up to Shirley's tonight to wash some dogs. LOL. We have a packed day of people coming to look at puppies tomorrow. Five separate appointments. So we are going to be busy all day making sure everyone stays clean. So we are going to be spending the night. Next weekend I'm going to take my tent and show the boys camping in the tent. HEHE. Remember how you boys used to sleep in the tent there? HEHE Amber was telling stories the last time I was there about you guys pissing everywhere.

Well I better get ready to go. I miss you and love you so much. Mom, XOXOXOX

From Aunt Tammy, Fri 8/27/10 10:55 PM

Hey, this is your terribly neglectful Auntie writing. I don't know what's the matter with me. I think of you all the time and I often start a note to write to you and I send NOTHING. I love you so much and I can't think of a single thing to say. What can I say to you that will make your day? I'm proud of you, I don't want to make too much of missing you, don't want to make being where you are harder. I know it seems eternity to get through what you are doing, but believe me when I say, in the grand plan of your life it will fly by. You are doing what you needed to do to be who you want to be, even the caterpillar has to spend time in the cocoon before he can fly. (I watched 'Alice in Wonderland' today, finally). So, what? Tell me, what can I say. I would send you a rainbow so you have a little beauty in the brown world there.

So, here's what's going on with me. Very Little. Michael got pretty excited about a JOURNEY cover band here in Portland, we saw them three times in 7 days with mixed results. The cool part of that story and the only part I want to tell you is that for a few days he was happy and not focused on sad stuff. It was awesome to seem him smile. Uncle James was in town, but I suppose your mom told you that. I didn't know until I saw him walking around my parking lot outside. I had been thinking about him but put off trying to seek him out until after Jamie's wedding next month, which turned out to be an error on my part because he hasn't seen or heard from his girls, and doesn't have anything to do with the wedding. I was very glad to see him for a couple of hours. I made him a balogna sandwich, gave him some fancy flavored potato chips, walked Rambo a couple of times and off he went. G'ma said John will be here this winter again, cool! I saw Amber when G'ma had her eye surgery and then a couple of weeks ago, she brought Dillon down to G'ma's and I got to see her for a couple of hours again. She came with Nicole, that was the last time I saw her also. We've texted or im'd on FB a couple times but she's got stuff going on. Last time I heard from her, she was thinking of getting a different car and decided against it. Excited about going to Disneyland with her dad. . . Busy. Maggie and Dori are surviving summer as well as a little dog in fur coat can. We still walk every morning, they hang out in the house all day and then we dash off to the park (the one we took you too) as soon as we close the office. Sometimes we take them with us when we go to water our plots at the community garden, but usually we go without them so they aren't sitting in the truck waiting. Dori seems to be changing a little ~ more sniffing like a dog will do. Occasionally will sniff out a spot to do her 'business'. A little more interaction with Maggie or with us. In fact, the other day, she came to me when I called her. First time, pretty cool. Still knitting like a crazy old person, as you would expect. When we went to Wyoming last month, I knitted in a teepee!!! OK, I was tickled anyway. I was working on a sweater for me and a pair of socks. I was still working on those socks earlier this month when I went to a special Seattle Mariner's game for knitters. That was great fun! My first ever live game, pretty cool. Nothing like watching it on TV. I also had a blanket started the night before (just in case I finished the socks) for a pregnant co-worker that I'm still trying to finish. Basically a diagonal square with a fancy border, hoping to have it done with a pair of socks (oh, I got those done too ~ course baby socks just take a couple days) earflap hat and cardigan. Work has been stupid slow but I blame summer and the county fair for that, hopefully next week I will be so busy the time will fly.

I hope the time flies for you too. I hope you have lots to read or eat or do to stay busy. Keeping your head down and stay out of danger, I'm hoping. Don't be to anxious about stuff in the future or generally out of your hands/control, that'll make you crazy. Just focus on what's in front of you. Focus ~ that's important.

OK, I just thought of something funny. A tenant told me a joke and I hope I remember it. Let's test my short-term memory! Here it is: A woman meets an Indian man (I would have changed this to 'Native-American' to be PC but this is the way he told it) with three feathers in his hair. She asks him 'how did you get those feathers?' and he says 'I made love to three beautiful women.' 'Oh, dear!' she says and walks on. She meets a second Indian with ten feathers in his hair and asks him 'how did you get those feathers?' and he says 'I made love to ten beautiful women.' 'Oh, dear!' she says and walks on. She meets a third Indian who is wearing a full headress, feathers on his head all the way down his back and dragging on the ground. She asks him 'how did you get those feathers?' 'Oh, I made love to everything' he says. 'Oh, dear!' she says. 'No deer' he says. 'They jump too high and run too fast.'

Oh, that was bad. But I remembered it, that was the cool part. Just remember I love you, that's the BEST part. ~tammy

From Mom, Fri 8/27/10 12:13 AM

Hey,

Brittany, that's her name. Yeah she always has a lot to say. Which is great since I don't have to do that much talking then. LOL. She did say that Ann is saying that she is getting married to Mike. I don't know if Ann is but I don't know if I care. I washed my hands sort of speak. I got more important things to care about.

You could learn a lot of stuff from James, especially about cars or anything with a motor. He has always been able to fix stuff. Just ask Grandma sometime. James used to take stuff apart all the time when he was little. He was welding before he was 10. He also seems to know the best movies to watch that guys seem to like. Get him and John together and they're watching all this old stuff like blazing saddles, blues brothers and monte python. Like at the end of blues brothers where they are driving thru the mall and one says something about a store having something on sell. James is already saying the line.

I finally got a line today from Forest Gump. Bubba asks forest on the bus "you ever been on a shrimp boat before?" and Forest says "no but I've been on a really big boat" I just figured out that forest thought bubba was asking about small boats. LOL It took me eighteen years to figure that one out.

Still another day went by without finding anything more about hiring Andy. Ridiculous. I'm glad that the box of books came. I got you next one on the way today hopefully you get it within a reasonable time. Well not much is going on here. I'm going to go to sleep. Hope you are okay and all. Take care of your self. I love you and miss you. Mom, XOXOXOXOX

Thu, 26 Aug 2010 22:21:54

ohh brittany yeah she is nice but sometimes she talks alot about people behind their backs and i dont think that she would do that with you

yeah i can imagine i wonder why it is taking so long that is just wierd tho

ok thats cool and i dont mind still being able to spoil the littles
yes i got the box of books tell your friend thank you so much im sure i will have them read soon..

From Mom, Thu 8/26/10 4:57 AM

Hey,

James seems to be doing good, Rambo was with him to go on the trip with him. It's a hot time of the year to be going to AZ, seems like you'd end up wanting to stay be the air-conditioning the whole time.

I finally got a text from Mike asking how the boys are. I was walking into Albertson's and saw your guy's friend John's wife coming out, forget her name. So we chatted for about 40 minutes. She is leaving for Korea soon to join John there. I sure like her, we talked for a long time about the Littles and Mike and Ann and puppies. She said to tell you "Hi" so "Hi" from what's her name. Also to tell you that John is doing well.

We are still waiting on Andy's back ground check, it sucks that it is taking so long to get it back. We need someone in that position doing that job. At least this week I dont have any turns to do. Today I was painting lines in the parking lot with a roller. That's how I met Jeff, the resident that was in Afghanistan, he stop and chatted a few months ago when I was painting lines to tell me that in Afghanistan the lines on the roads are painted by hand for miles and miles. No trucks like we have here. I didn't get very far today, I only had one gallon. I should get more tomorrow. Some areas of the parking lots are so bad that the lines are completely gone. Doing it with a roller isn't as clean looking as with a sprayer, but I noticed that the sprayed lines aren't exactly straight either.

I went to Costco and got your stuff, so you'll see a charge on your card. I got you cheese-its, red vines, starbursts, skittles. You also got the Littles cheese-its and applesauce. So they were very excited too. I'm mailing it tomorrow so you should have it in 10 to 14 days. Did you get the box of Books yet? Seems like you should have.

Well I'm going to try and go back to sleep. I love you and miss you always. Take care of your self for me and make sure you wear your safety gear. Mom, XOXOXOX

From Mom, Wed 8/25/10 12:18 AM

Hey Fav,

I went last night with the boys and had dinner at G&G's with James. We watched the movie Villains, an old comedy with Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ann Margret and Kirk Douglas. The Littles liked it because it had horseys in it.

I heard from Mike and Ann today for the first time since last Thursday, they were in Texas headed to lancaster to get some new tires put on the truck.

It's just Joseph and me this week at work, Dylan's on vacation camping in Hawaii. Andrew aka Andy pasted his UA and we are just waiting for his background check to come back. So hopefully we get that back tomorrow. Because he was sick with food poising, McDonalds doesn't have him on the work schedule. So we may get to start him right away. Which would be great since I'm going in on Saturday to do the compactor again and test the pools, Joseph is going in on Sunday. I still haven't started on painting stripes in the parking lot yet this week. We've been playing catch-up for a couple of days, we also replaced the pump on Joseph's pool yesterday.

Hehe, Fritz thinks it's cold now since I cut his hair off, this morning I wake up to find him curled up in a ball next to me on the bed. Sadie still is under my bed, though sometimes she sleeps in the closet on your folded up comforter and pillows. Good night Fav. I love you and miss you bunches and bunches. Love Mom XOXOXOX

From Mom, Mon 8/23/10 2:52 AM

Hey,

I was just going to start writing you. G&G took us to FP today. When we were sitting down Ona came over with water glasses and one slipped and spilled a little bit of icy water on Cubby. He was shocked by his cold shower and cried. It was kind of funny and I wish I had caught it on film because yesterday he was standing on the back porch and stepped back and landed with his butt in the dog's water bowl.

Can you download stuff from youtube? I posted a couple videos of the boys playing at G&G and in the backyard with the dogs.

Backyard dogs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4n65-t6veqE

@ G&G's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7Q0oJmmreM&feature=channel

I used your card to get $20 in gas today. I had to drive in to work to take care of the compactor and pool this morning. I probably would have had enough gas to last me till tuesday if I hadn't had to drive in a couple times for work. I took Fritz in with me and he hung around the pool while I skimmed a few leaves off and added some water.

I know why and understand your reasons for enlisting. Most of the enlisting personal are probably doing it for the same reasons. Money and lack of available jobs. I get mixed reactions when I tell people your in Afghanistan, I like to see their faces and gage their reactions. Some people are like good for you and others swing the complete opposite and say there's no reason to be there. I like to take a positive outlook on it. Even if you don't feel like your there to do good, you do touch the lives of the people you meet, soldiers and civilians alike. I noticed that in pictures that you pose for you are giving the deuces/peace sign. Now I look for your hands.

I'll go this week and get stuff, sounds like a salty cheesy fix. I need to find more dry drink mix I sent you the last of it last time, I'm not sure where Wes got it from. I don't know about the AZ Tea but I may be able to find instant tea mix. The crackers will probably ship better than the chips did. I think most of the stuff I will get at Costco and I need to go there to get diapers anyways.

I love you and miss you all the time. Surprisingly time does pass by and everyday brings the day you return home closer to us. It is only when I stop and dwell on the passage of time that it really seems to slow down. Hope all is well and whatever crap is going on with your platoon is getting better. Take care. Love Mom. XOXOXOX

Mon 8/23/10 1:04 AM

yeah i was thinking about it...
btw ona says sorry for giving bear a bath the other day or something

what do i say...
"so i can go to college and get money" im not trying to do anything special i am not trying to change the world

im just trying to start my world.
do what i want to do and be with the people that i want to
instead of loathing the very decision of being in the army

im still hoping andy gets the job.

next box calls for cheese its and maybe doritos
redvines.
and of course skittle and starburst
im good on everything else
unless you can find that arizona green tea mix but i dont know if they have it

From Mom, Sun 8/22/10 3:03 AM

Sounds like you need to write another poem. Seriously. Get your feelings out of your head and written down where you can review them. Even if you don't share it with anyone. I don't know. Just remember that we all love you here.

Cubby can say horsey. Just thought I'd throw that in. We went to FP this morning, I know. But I can't stand to be anywhere in the house but my bedroom. It's funny how much different the price was from last night to today when we had just about the same thing except a second cup of peaches.

When people ask you why your in Afghanistan, what would you say? I think a lot of times people forgot why American troops are in Afghanistan. Sure back in 2001, everyone was all fired up about hitting it hard and ridding the earth of the Taliban. People expect instant results. The Russians were there for almost 10 years before they withdrew. That left Afghanistan with no real government and the people leaderless. I don't know why I'm even writing that, your there, you see. Those people native to the land are like the little kid on the playground getting pushed around by everyone bigger than they are.

I went to Wal-mart today and got a new camera and I got a ups thingy to store stuff on and I will take a bunch of bad photos and send them to you in your next box. I think I'll be putting together a box next week and sending it. Wanna book? We stopped by G&G's today for a couple hours and chatted in the man cave while the boys spent a couple of hours emptying the box of toys and fighting over the same silly toy. We didn't even watch a movie, can you believe it? James was in Seattle watching a race today and he sent me a text saying that he was headed to AZ to visit his dad and that he may stop and see G&G for a day on the way. He's funny he sent me a text last weekend asking me if I wanted to invest in 10 acres east of Tucson. I asked him if there was water on the land and James said only during the rainy season in the summer. I wouldn't mind AZ if I had a excellent source of water, solar panels and a good air conditioning system. It would be too hot for the dogs. HAHA Hot Dogs.

I cut most of Fritz's hair off today while the boys took a nap. I cut him pretty short but that was because the 3/in blade wouldn't cut thru his hair, but the 1/16th did just fine.

Last night right after I sent you your email I got paged by 911. Mr. Farrakhan in the F Building fell and couldn't get up. Remember him, the really nice tall black man? He has been on Kidney dialysis for at least a couple years, a shuttle bus picks him up every other day and a few months ago he started using a walker. I think he has diabetes last night because he didn't have his shoes on I saw that he was missing part of his right foot. So they waited for me to drive in a grab a key and open his door. Instead of putting a boot in the door like they like doing so well. In the morning when I go in I'm going to put a key in a key box for the paramedics and call 911 back so the number can be on file and they can get in to him faster next time. He has a medical alert button that he wears. I told Joseph a few weeks ago that he would be the next resident to go especially if we have a heat wave.

I get down too, like I feel helpless sometimes to change the things that bother me. I really want to get out of this house and county, and as much as I think about it and wish for it, at the same time I feel stuck here. Just like I feel stuck at my job sometimes. I like working with Joseph and most of the time I like what I do there, but there are times when I open a door to an apartment that we just turned a year ago to find that the residents left it trashed. Yesterday I worked in a unit that had been in a fire a year ago last spring and the guys that lived there apparently really like the smell of dog urine and fleas. The carpet had so much piss in it that I'm surprised the floor didn't squish walking on the carpet. They left behind a bottle of bleach which I used to write curses towards them. We are still waiting to hear back about Andy's UA and piss test.

I love you and miss you so much, Mom XOXOXOX

Sat 8/21/10 7:40 AM

yeah i did get it and its amazing i sometimes grab my camera out just to look at pictures of the boys... i miss home soo much i hate it.

im still getting those dangerous times inside of my head wondering what the fuck am i doing here...
sometimes i think is this what fear feels like.
like one of my dark poems or something

i feel im becoming impenetrable to motivation.
still getting depressed waiting for the next time i can laugh.

i hate this place. even so much that forrest gump lines have ceased to help me at all.
ill be putting on my boots and just look at my feet and just think... fuck my feet and lt dan.

i like looking at pictures of home tho i need to find a way to save them..
maybe you should get an sd card for a camera and just fill it up with pictures from home of the boys and family and things and then send it back...
i think that would be way cool..

i hope it starts cooling down but i almost had heat stroke today..
just waiting for winter to come by

one thing that cheered me up is word that we might even be leaving early... if so i think i would volunteer to stay back longer just to help the new people out
let them know what they were up against.

as much as i hate this place i would do it... and i think i would finally be appreciated to for it

From Mom, Sat 12:51am

Hey Sunshine,

Did you get the picture I send you a few hours ago? We "were starving" so we popped into Fatty Patty's for dinner. Cubby got his own order for the first time. They each got a piece of french toast and shared a bowl of peaches. Cubby grubbed his down fast and teddy just nibbled away for a long time. Cubby finished his plate so I ordered him another slice and while he waiting for his second helping he ate half my eggs and a half piece of bacon. Then he was eating from both his and Teddy's plate at the same time. Then when he slowed down a bit he crapped his diaper. That's our boy. Then after we had been home for a couple hours we had a cookie and applesauce.

I finish my last turn for the month today, YIPPI! Next week if the weather is nice I'm hanging out in the parking lot painting stripes. I'm on call this weekend and staying home, so I am working Sunday morning to take care of the compactor and pools.

I fixed Joseph's brake lights yesterday by telling him to turn the hazard lights on. Yep I'm amazing. HAHA. A couple weeks ago I was driving behind him and notice that his brake lights weren't working, so I let him know. So that weekend he replaces all the bulbs and stuff. The light fixtures leaks and holds water so he drilled holes. Then it still didn't work so he ordered a brake light switch and installed that and still nothing. So we went online and tried to look for wiring diagrams and looked around at a site where people ask car questions some lady said to wiggle the turn signal and push the brake pedal at the same time. So yesterday when we were getting in our cars he was joking around and doing what that lady said. So I said why don't he turn the hazard lights on every time he put the brakes on. So I'm getting in the KIA and he is in his car across the parking light and I can see him messing with the lights and they start flashing like he turned the hazards on. Then the lights stop flashing and the brake lights are on. So I get out and asked him what he did cause they were working. Apparently the hazard light button was stuck. Funny huh?

I sold a second puppy from Gretchen's litter yesterday to a guy stationed at Ft Lewis, I can't remember if I told you that yet. He sounds young like you and has a southern accent. But he was all excited and so freaking polite. Today another lady called from Yakima asking about that same puppy so I told her about the chocolate boy of Gretchen's that's big like the cream one and that Shirley had a couple cream boys also that are 4 weeks younger.

I miss ya too ya know. Why don't you catch Bin Laden and collect the $50,000,000 reward then everyone can come home?

"In Vietnam there was always something to do."

"Lt Dan was always getting these feelings and telling us get down shut up. GET DOWN! SHUT UP!"

Fritz just came over to get petted and looked at the screen and saw that I was writing you and said to say "Whatsup Nigga!" He can get away with that cause he's black.

Loves Momma. XOXOXOX

A email Conversation 8-19-10

Mom:
Is there a guy there by the name Andrew? I did a search on your address and found his mom's myspace page. He has a nick name of Chubbz. He's from Brookings OR.

Jeremiah:
yeah he is in my platoon in third squad

Mom:
Hey,

I see that you won Warrior of the Week.

Jeremiah:
yeah i got that before the bullshit started happening

Mom:
Running you ragged?

Jeremiah:
i didnt expect for this place to be dragging me down so soon... i get depressed randomly and so i keep eating sugar and yeah i dont know

Mom:
I would expect you to get a down because you have so much time left and your homesick. Not only that, I could see you getting bored by the sameness of being there. You are restricted by the rules of army life and chain of commandment, it could build resentment inside yourself because you have no release for it.

Jeremiah:
yeah i mean sometimes i just dont know what to do and i dont really want to talk to anyone... blah... i just cant wait to be out of this place and out of the army

Mom:
I never really know what to do. I have a lot of intentions, but feel like I don't ever get much accomplished. Time will pass and soon you will be out. I know it can feel like there is so much more time left for your enlistment left. Try to think of it like Pollyanna would, I know that it is silly to try and find the good in everything, but it can help.

For example: Pollyanna would say that your already about a 1/3 of the way done. By the time you return to the states, you'll be halfway done.

You've already done alot, and the older you get the faster time passes. Look at Ryan, he is on his second enlistment, to me it seems like a short time ago that he even went to boot camp. The other day I drove home from work and there were two boys tossing a football in the road in front of the house and one said Hi to me. It took me a few seconds to realize that one was Ryan's little brother, Sam, and the other was Ant. They were so much taller than I picture them in my head, it was quite a shock to see how much they have grown.

Make plans for what you want to do in the future and talk about them to others, that will help make them more real. For instance, lets make plans to go camping at someplace cool like the beach, which I've never ever never done or at a nice place in the mountains. I think you should go to NY and see John and Jenny too.

Jeremiah:
oh jeez camping would be funn but please keep me away from the mountains dear lord i dont want to touch another one without a snow board...
i have always thought about going to new york i might try to do it in christmas time cuz thats prolly gonna be the last time i go on leave in the army so i can save up my days and get out a few months earlier

Mom:
Hey I bet you have awesome calves. hehe. It would probably be to cold to go camping on your next leave anyways. I was thinking about taking the big tent up to Shirley's labor day weekend and introduce the littles to camping.

Jeremiah:
yeah it would be fun to go camping we might have to do that but if i go then i would want to bring everyone like andy and amanda, mike and the boys, you, levi maybe
just the fun group fer sure

something to make a good memory or two out of

i miss ya

Thu, 19 Aug 2010 00:44:13 -0700

Hey,

That's great that your getting more money to save. The more you can save the more you have to work with later. I'm glad you got your boxes, I think I sent them about 4 or 5 days before Lynda said she sent the books. I'm glad you liked what's in them, did you get the cash okay? How did you like the little foot ball? I was walking into Safeway to get your bubble gum and saw it and it reminded me of the ones you and Mike used to throw around at the apartment. You two could really make that thing go far.

Speaking of Mike, he and Ann are in town today and leaving again tomorrow. They had the boys with them all day and invited me to go bowling with them after work. So I picked them up and we headed over to Tiger Bowl. Your not going to believe this, the place was closed. Closed as in out of business. I'm saddened, a part of this little towns history is gone. Remember how that apartment complex next to it was all closed up? I think they are all going to be torn down. That's a pretty large area.

I had a guy to is based at Ft Lewis call me today about getting one of Gretchen's puppies, he was really certain that he wanted her only cream puppy. So he send a deposit a few hours later. The interesting thing is that I had a family come look at him a couple weeks ago that was from Ft Lewis also, the ones I told you that they decided they weren't ready yet for a dog? Would be funny if they ever met each other in the future. I had another lady send me a lengthy email about her family and how she wants one of Emma's cream girls. Her adopted daughter has a disorder that super sensitizes every touch she feels, she is 6 and at an age when she is starting to realize that she is a little different than other kids. She loves dogs and has some mild allergies to cats. That first puppy of Gretchen's that got sold so fast is going to Louisiana to a home where a 5 year old girl has allergies and also suffers from Crone's disease. It's kind of nice knowing that these puppies are going to belong to kids that need them and will benefit from their great temperaments. One of Sadie's girls from her last litter is going to train to be a service dog for an older widow lady that found us thru the Portland VA Hospital. I gave her a huge discount on the puppy because of her wanting her for service dog.

You know it's been almost 9 years since the trade towers went down, do you think they will ever get around to rebuilding on the site? That's prime land there. There's some big hub bug going on about building a mosque near the site.

Well I better get to sleep, I hope everything is going ok for you and that LT and you work shit out. I bet he has alot of stuff going on and has all of you guys to worry about keeping safe. I love you and miss you all the time. Take care of my Fav. Mom XOXOXOX

Wed 8/18/10 8:27 AM

well thats just a bitch thing to do hahaha but what else would you expect from a guy like that hahahaha must be the estrogen in him hahahaha
yeah i know andy is soo skinny hahah i hope he gets the job =]

well if andy does do well then you might be off the hook with bad employee referals hahahaha unless its me then joseph will be forced to say yes
i had an obsure vision of me working with sckotty again and andy working with you and it was funny cuz we always chased each other down hahahaha

yeah no its cool i noticed i was getting paid more because i paid off my g.i. bill finally hahahaha and then i got my one year clothing allowance too
should start racking up some money

just alot of bullshit and the lt. is pissing me off but whatever kinda knew it would happen sometime and i am good on books for now even tho i am almost out of them but i am interested to see what books i get in this package still not sign and no i mean i like what you sent hahahahaha

its great =]

i miss my stolen babies

Hi,

Scarecrow quit by text this morning, he sent it to everyone, said that he had enough. I'm not sure what happened but I guess that alot of shit was going on yesturday and he decided to not come in any more. Andy came in for a interview. Sounds like it went great and he went later in the afternoon to do his UA. We should get the results tomorrow. Once we get that and he signs his offer for employment, I will order him his uniform. I got his sizes from him when he came back for the paperwork to do his UA. I'm excited and I sure hope he does well or I don't know if Joseph will let me refer anyone in the future.

I used your account to get you stuff for your boxes and to mail them. The only time I used it personally was when I needed gas to go to work. Wes kept going on and on about spending money for stuff for the boxes that I figured that you could afford the stuff your self. You should get Lynda's box of books soon, it's been a couple of weeks since she mailed it. Is there any books that you are wanting in particular? I may be able to find it online and have it sent to you directly. Let me know what you are wanting for the next box so I can start looking for stuff again. I dont think you want the same thing sent all the time.

What kind of bullshit is going on that you are having to deal with?

I love you and miss you bunches. Take care. Loves Mom. XOXOXOXOX

From Mom, Mon 8/16/10 1:20 AM

Ugh, I'm so tired.

We got home from Shirley's about an hour ago and I stayed up to post new pictures of puppies and to email you. It has been hot this weekend, suppose to be around 100 tomorrow.

Andy called me and told me that he has an interview with Joseph tomorrow. He said that he went to the fair and ate something that made him sick and wanted to know my opinion if he rescheduled the meeting with Joseph. I told him that he better should up because it wouldn't go over well with Joseph. Scarecrow tries to pull that kind of crap all the time with Joseph and say he is sick from food or what he ate for lunch didn't agree with him.

While I was at Shirley's I got a voicemail from the property manager wanting to know who was on call cause who ever it was wasn't answering a page. Turns out that Scarecrow promised someone that he would bring them a new frig at 4:30pm and never showed up and told them to call who ever was on call, which was Dylan the painter. Dylan didn't respond and Rachel, the manager, started calling all of us. It's wrong of Scarecrow to pass the whole frig thing off on Dylan, especially when he knew all day and even made an appointment with the resident. Dylan should have responded to the page and at least called Keith to find out what was going on. Because I was at Shirley's I didn't get the message for an hour after Rachel called, I was the first one to respond to it. So I wonder what happened, I guess I will find out tomorrow.

Of the 16 puppies I have only 1 is sold. I hadn't had any responses to my ads, except today I had someone send my a message asking me "why I would want to spoil a great line of black labs by breeding it to a poodle." I told him that he should do his research because Labradors were developed in Germany and came from poodles and I have no black labs in my labradoodle line because their coats are too oily and no one wants black puppies and that I don't know why he would bother responding to my ad because he comes across as some crazy person. lol.

Did you get the pictures of the boys with coffee cups at fp? I sure hope your boxes get to you soon.

I love and miss you. Mom XOXOXOXOXOX

From Mom, Sun 8/15/10 1:24 AM

Hey,

Ya, Andy told me he had an appointment to get his license. So hopefully that goes well.

I got home around 10pm and decided to cut Sadie's hair, I gave her a lion cut. lol. She has been feeling pretty good lately. I was able to get in deep in her ears a couple weeks ago and remove a bunch of hair. Shirley had an ear scope that lights up so it was a big help. I ordered one friday and should get it monday or tuesday. I also ordered collars for Emma's puppies and another brush and metal comb for grooming.

Teddy is funny, potty training him has actually been pretty easy. Need to start working more with Cubby. I put him on the chair before I put him in the tub to pee, but that's about it.

I got the new pictures you send ok and I read the articles about blessing in the stars and stripe that LT posted links for. Does it ever feel like your walking in a land that time forgot? These people have lived in the same houses for generations in some places. Have you learned any of the language?

I'm going again to Shirley's I plan on cutting Emma's hair. I also need to take new photos of the puppies. It's almost 1:30am, I better get some sleep. Take care of your, Teddy and Cubby look at your photo on my desktop and say Unk. They are so cute. I love you and miss you bunches and bunches. Mom, XOXOXOXOX

From Mom, Sat August 14th, 2010 8:41am

Hey Fav, Good Morning for me Good night for you.

I didn't write last night cause I fell asleep after I put the boys to bed. LOL sometimes sleep just overtakes me.

Joseph called Andy and set up an inter view with him for next week. We had another guy come in and apply for the job. Funny thing, turns out that the guy came from the property that Scarecrow is going to start work at. hehe So we had scarecrow call the place and verify that he was there. HEHE. Joseph called him, by the way his name is Richard (hum Dick), and asked him to submit his application online and email his resume, and the guy says that he don't do computers. So right off the bat Joseph isn't liking him and he reminds him of Randy, that 50 something guy we had that never wanted to do anything. Like I said Joseph is pushing to get the position filled asap. So right now his best bet is Andy. Id keep my fingers crossed but it makes it hard to type that way. HAHAHA.

He doesn't need a cell phone, remember I didn't use to have one. It would have been better if he had his driver license.

We are headed to Shirley's this morning, but since there's no hurry we are going to go to FP's this morning. Cubby is awake in his bed chattering away, I can see his legs hanging out and his hands on the rails. Teddy just got up to go to the bathroom. I know Teddy is having a good potty day when I come home from work and he is still wearing the clothes I put him in. Now Cubby is standing up and looking at me. Opps Teddy just came back naked from the bathroom. HEHE, I have both the airconditioners going so he is cold. Well I better get up and get going. I think I'm going to look and see about getting a case for the K2. It's been four weeks since you ordered it. Four weeks since I last saw you, I just that means four weeks less before I get to see you again. I love you and hope your well and safe. Mom XOXOXOXOXO

Thu 8/12/10 10:55 PM

hellz yeah hahaha that is awesome and i know what andy needs im just hoping that your telling him this stuff cuz i know he will understand and such... cuz he dont reply to me that fast and i forgot his phone number and its hard for me to get a hold of him sometimes hahahaha

yeah i never figured joseph for an ass i always thought he was a badass hahaha. i def know how he feels about it and i donate money to the american red cross and toys for tots every month so there hahahahaha
i hope andy gets that job i think it will be a good start for him

wow that is a lot for a midget dog like her hahaha and going all wild with the whole thing huh hahahaha
thats weird about the whole chocolate thing thats why you need a white or creme boy maybe that will work or something i dont know how that all works =]

damn i did not know that i mean it was free shipping thats why i did it cuz the shipping would have costed more than the case itself
im sure people will be hitting you up as soon as possible
this should be a good batch or litter for you...
tell andy i said good luck and all
his problem is , is that he dont have a cell phone... if it is important that he has one... he can use my number just not my cell phone
i dont mind
but make sure that when you turn it back on
that everything is the same mainly the unlimited internet cuz they dont offer that anymore and the only reason i am able to keep that is because i am on military suspension...
or he could get his own line on my phone and just have it as a basic line
if he can pay some months then great but if not no biggie. hahahahahahaha talk it out with him

From Mom, Thu 8/12/10 10:31 PM

Fav,

So scarecrow gave notice today and I was on the phone right away calling Andy to apply, then Joseph asked for his number and wanted Andy to send his resume' in. So we will see. Out of the last three guys we have had in that position only Dylan seems to have worked out, the other two were ones that I referred. The thing with Dylan is that he gets his work done and no one ever complains about him, but that's mostly because he is always in an apartment painting and doesn't have to deal with residents. Andy needs to show a willingness to learn and to do whatever job is giving to him besides being able to remember how to do stuff he is showed and troubleshoot issues on his own. One thing is that Labor Day is in 3wks and everyone already has plans and if we don't have someone there to come in that weekend, some one will have to change their plans. I know that may sound selfish but at the same time it is an incentive to get the position filled.

Remember how everyone thinks Joseph is an ass? But after you get to know him a bit you realize that he is a nice person. He just wants to be able to maintain his privacy and doesn't feel like he needs to be friends with everyone. He is simply here to do a job, ya know? Get in, fix it, get out, done. You wanna know how nice he is? He is the only one I know that donates money to disaster relief, seriously, he sent money after Katrina and the earthquake in Haiti and he sent money and a card to that family at work who was in a car accident and their daughter later died.

Emma had her puppies tonight, 8. A lot of puppies for her, I would rather see her with 5 or 6. So she had, 2 black boys, 2 black girls, 2 cream boys, and 2 cream girls. Today Shirley was out in the dog yard and found that the dogs had dug under a tree a large area, Large enough for Emma to go in a turn around and come out. I guess that Emma was guarding the hole like it was a den this morning so she got brought back inside and started having her puppies around 3:30pm. Her first litter she started having them around 4pm. Too bad she hasn't had a chocolate. So far Dutch hasn't made a chocolate puppy, unless one of Sadie's last bunch was his.

Did you know that the case you got for the K2 is supposed to come from Hong Kong? That's why it is taking so long to get here. Isn't that unbelievable? Why would someone post something like that and sell it into a foreign country. I think in the future we should make sure that who ever we are buying from is more "local".

Well anyways, tomorrow is friday, yippi. I need to rerun ads for my puppies and decide how much to sell Emma's puppies for. I better get busy.

I love you and miss you bunches and bunches. Mom XOXOXOXOX

Hey Fav,

That's awesome about the coin, especially since he don't hand them out all that often. Maybe he is just shy... =-D That guy Jeff from the apartment has several coins and by several I mean it looked like he has forty or fifty. He was reading this book about a mountain climber that stayed for a while in a village in pakistan and started building schools, he said it was a good book and so I got it that day when we were in B&N together. I have read about half of it and it is good but I just don't have alot of time for reading right now. I read it when the littles are playing in the bath. I've been reading this book that Grandma got us when we were little called Beautiful Joe on the Kindle, I'm about half thru that too. When the new one arrived I loaded the book back on it and it was at the place where I left off. How smart is that. There are so many great free books available for the Kindle that I don't know if I will ever feel like purchasing a book for it, well unless it was Catherine Anderson or a couple others that I also get their new releases.

I was looking online at the New York Times and haven't found anything about fob blessing yet. I will keep checking, they have what looks like an on going series about afghanistan and iraq so maybe it will show up there.

I'm thinking somewhere around Woodland, it's only 15 minutes further away from work and it's out of Clark County. Still close enough to everything here. I'm watching a show about animal hoarders, this old woman was running a cat shelter out of her home and had 300 cats. That's too many for sure, alot of them had respitory problems.

Cubby is getting taller, he is still eating twice what Bear is. Soon they will be close in height.

I better get some sleep, take care my favorite. I love and miss you like always. Mom XOXOXOXO

Wed, 11 Aug 2010 08:09:11 -0700

Hey,

The once removed thing means that Wyatt is one generation younger than you. When Wyatt grows up and has his own kids, his kids will be your first cousin twice removed. Sometimes you see in a movie where people are introducing their family and they will say this is my cousin once removed on my momma's side. It's kind of a southern thing in the movies.

I think that Poogles will be somewhere around 25 to 30 pounds and look like Emma. I found a couple of photos online of what they look like that I'm attaching. They are cute. I told shirley that we should have passed them off as Emma's puppies. HEHEHE. You know what Shirley has done? Her Metal came in today and she went and got it and the next thing I know she is sending me a photo of the metal all on the roof. Sigh. She gets to have all the fun. We still need to get vents installed and a new stove pipe. Shirley has to work this weekend so I will probably stay home unless I get someone who wants to see the puppies. Shirley has four puppies going to Alaska. Did I tell you that I'm going to breed Sadie to a chocolate standard Poodle? I can't remember if I did. I'm going to keep a chocolate boy to breed to Emma, hoping for a small one close to her size. Dutch is a good size for Hiedi and Grettle but really to big for Emma if I want to keep her puppies small. Next year I want to breed Sadie again to the same male and keep one or two of her chocolate girls, then I'm going to fix Sadie. I think that will be enough puppies for her.

Happy Ramadan, Your LT posted about it today. He promises pictures too. =)

I better get to sleep I love you. Take care of yourself and let me know if you get your boxes.

i miss watching king of the hill they have it on sometimes but the programming here is so wierd and sometimes i think just unscheduled

i am trying to get some pics soon but ill def send some

From Mom, Mon 8/09/10 11:29 PM

Wyatt is your first cousin once removed. The whole cousin thing is very confusing and I usually like the way the that most people like to refer to someone that shares a common ancestor other than parents or siblings, as cousin. I also feel that if you are close to your cousins that you should be able to claim unc status. Just like when Teddy was born I told Nollie that she was their Auntie. She has enough cousins already and no siblings to make her an Aunt. I tell Bear that Wyatt is his cousin, technically they are 2nd seconds.

I can't believe it about the poogle thing either. The logistic of it just boggles the mind, Molly is small. HEHE. Wes was in here asking if I heard from your today and I was like ya and he was like what did he say and so I read your letter word for word. Which of course doesn't make any sense. I hope you get your stuff soon. The replacement Kindle came today, awesome. I still don't have the case for it yet. I don't know why it's taking so long to get it.

I'm watching King of the Hill, I just love this show. I tell you what. Bobby's awesome. "I'm driving the hell out of this truck" Well I'm gonna go to sleep earlier tonight. I love you and miss you as always. Send some pictures when you feel up to it. I'm proud of you, son. I tell you what.

From Mom, August 9, 2010 1:15am

Here he is, he is 9 months and can stand if he is holding on to something, still has no teeth though Shirley thinks he may have one cutting in.

From Mom, August 9, 2010 1:00am

Hey,

I don't get to see Emma everyday to notice small changes. A lot of times a pregnant dog wont show that they are pregnant until they are about 7 weeks. Today we were checking Shirley's notes and she said on May 30 that Emma may be going into heat, but she never got really plump like the girls get in their puss area and no one saw her get stuck. Emma's so fast that Dutch probably got her at night after everyone was put to bed. We got all the wood sheeting done, just a little trimming needs to be done on the ends were the wood over hangs the roof. We also took down that old analog TV antenna and an old satellite dish. Levi, Rachelle and Wyatt came over for a little bit. Wyatt looks just like Levi did when he was a baby except for the brassy red hair. I just remembered I have a couple pictures I took of him today and I'll sent another email with his pictures on him. He was so funny, he just kept frowning and looking at me. Which is normal for his age to have a sense of who are strangers and who belongs to him. Last time I saw him he was all smiles. Wanna know something funny? The roof above Shirley's bedroom was pretty low and so Shirley and I put some boards there to build it up a little bit. So I told Amber that we put a door there yesterday to fill in the area, then today we were still talking about the door and stuff and how it was funny that one day someone it going to remove the roof and find the door or they will open up the ceiling and find a door and will wonder where it goes. The funny thing is that no one questions us that we really put a door there. They all just accept that we would do it. HAHA too funny. Well anyways I better get some sleep. I love you always. Take care of your feet. Let me know when you get your boxes. I put some foot powder in one of them it will help keep your feet dry inside your boots. Lynda mailed you a box of books Friday and left a card inside with her email address on it so you can send her a email message to let her know you received the box okay. You may want to throw in a thankyou also. I think she said that she put 19 books together for you and that you should pass them around to the other guys. Mom XOXOXOXOXOX

From Mom, August 8, 2010 1:07am

Howdy,

I'm very tired but I couldn't let a day go by with out sending you a message. The Littles and I went to Shirleys today, along with Fritz and Sadie. Emma is pregnant, and not just a little pregnant, alot of pregnant. We didn't really see her show signs of being in heat, last week Shirley and I were driving down the driveway and I slowed down like I always do and I'm like "Emma's fat" today she was really alot bigger. So we are not sure how far along she is, but it could be anyday by the looks of her. Hopefully Dutch is the daddy. It looks like Fritz got one of the beagle girls. Shirley doesn't know what to do with them, they were supposed to be puggles, They look like poogles. They are 2 1/2 weeks old and are solid with large white splashes on their chest. I told her to wait for their hair to grow and see if it keeps growing and starts to curl.

We started putting the osb sheeting on the trailers roof today, we got more than half done. Shirley special ordered the metal for it and that's suppose to come in later next week. Some places are pretty soft and we built up the area over Shirleys bedroom that dips down. I talked to Mike today for a very short time and he said that he's okay and asked how the boys are doing. I don't know where he is right now or anything. Somewhere in the middle I guess. Well I better get some sleep so I can get up early tomorrow and go back to Shirley's.

Love you very much, Mom xoxoxox

Sat, 7 Aug 2010 06:47:48 -0700

Hey PFC Fav.

I'm tired and am very glad that I don't have to go to work tomorrow. I'm attaching the photo I mention with you and the afghan boys. I still like to think your passing on cheat codes to halo or grand theft auto. haha. I was going to read while the boys played in the tub tonight but the kindle wouldn't turn on or something. So I went to amazon to check for ways to trouble shot it and that didn't work. So I call support and talked to them and they said the screen in defective and they are mailing out a new one. Especially since it's not even been three weeks since it got here. So you may get an email about it with a return shipping label, if you do you can forward it to my email so I can print it out and send the defective one back. Hopefully I will be able to find the place I left off reading.

Andy called me today, said to tell you hey and stuff. We talked for a bit about the job and stuff. He's pretty excited and stuff. I told him about Joseph and what Joseph expects for someone in that position. I know Andy is pretty excited and stuff about it, but I'm not sure how long he needs to wait till the position becomes open. I'll let him know asap as i know about it. Keith may tell me before he gives notice. I have Andy's number in my phone, so I'm ready. haha =)

Before Ann hit the road with Mike, he would call me everyday and let me know how he was. I think I've talked to him twice in the last week. Ann is using his phone for texting me so it is weird and I would like to know that whatever I say to Mike is a private conversation.

I hope everything is going well, did you guys receive any of the rain from the monsoon that flooded Pakistan? Grandma keeps asking. From what I've read it seems like your pretty close to the Pakistan border like 40 miles. There a couple guys writing in blogs there, your PL and a animal vet who got there in January to spend a year there working with the locals. The vet posted some pictures of camp puppies, one was named tank he said.

New York Times? cool beans. There's this book that just came out for this guy who spent a year or so imbedded with troops that sounded interesting. Well I guess interesting to me, maybe not so much to you since you are living it. It's called "At War" When the movie "Pearl Harbor" came out Grandma said she had no interest in it, when she was a kid that was all they talked about, so I guess she got tired of hearing about it. I like history, history is full of conflict so does that mean I like conflict.

I better get some sleep, we are head to Shirley's in the morning. I love you and miss you bunches and bunches. Take care of yourself. Tell everyone your mom says Hi. Mom XOXOXO

Hey,

Ugh, what a day. Wes and Mike are both complaining to me about each other and money. Like I wanted to be in the middle of their conversation.

Shirley was buying abs sheeting for the roof today. We are starting that this weekend. Gotta get it done. We aren't done with the Chicken Palace yet, but rain is coming and we got enough of the CP done for now.

I read everything ya know and I saw your photos a long time ago before you went into the army. We'll see what happens with Scarecrow, he isn't going to quit unless he has another job offer.

What were you writing down when you were talking the the afghan boys? I told Wes you were giving them codes to video games.

Love you mom. XOXOXO

From Mom, August 5, 2010 12:14am

Hey my Fav,

Mike told me a few months ago that he was thinking about looking up the sperm donor. I don't know why. James still is in contact with our sperm donor and has gone and stayed with him last winter for a couple weeks. I think with Mike he wants to say something like I turned out okay or something to that affect. I dk really. James was a lot older when our parents got divorced and has memories of him. Mike doesn't really have any memories of him. I think because he is now a dad that he wants to know how his dad turned out. It could be anything. I don't know, I told Mike not to say anything about me to him, it isn't any of his business to know anything about me and where I am and what I'm doing.

I've already seen your pictures on my space sometime ago, I still think you write awesome poems. Tonight Teddy, Cubby and I looked thru the computer at photos. Cubby said Unky tonight. Wes said that he said shoes today. He still calls pictures of dogs kitties, Cubby's a little confused about the different.

If you can qualify for the house than that is okay. Like I said before I would rather you had it. I told Joseph this week that I had someone lined up to apply for the job cause it's an entry level job just like the leasing job. Someone usually works at least one year but never more than two. It's a hard job and alot is asked of who ever holds it. Scarecrows biggest mistake is that he never remembers anything and doesn't write it down, and he doesn't seem to be able to analyze something to figure out what is wrong with it. If Andy wants to be successful at it, he is going to have to be organized and can manage his time well and get everything done that is asked of him. Joseph and I don't want to carry the pager anymore, we both feel like we have done our time ya know. It would be awesome if a person could live on site and keep the pager all the time unless that person made arrangements with someone else to cover it. Most of the time the thing is pretty quiet, some times an idiot gets locked out. We don't even have to go in for lock outs after midnight either. The resident has to call a locksmith and pay for it themselves. He'd have to work weekends and days off would be Tuesday and Wednesday

It's after midnight and I better get to sleep. Love you and miss you bunches and bunches. Mom XOXOXOXOXO

From Mom, August 4th 12:58am

Hey,

I dk what's going on with Mike, honestly. There's a saying in the Bible that is prettying fitting for Mike. "As a dog returns to its vomit,

so a fool repeats his foolishness." Think of Ann as vomit and foolishness. We know how she is, no good will come to anyone involve with her. When Mike told me that she was leaving with him, he said that they weren't "together", but he probably thought that it would make me feel better about her going. I dk. She has abanded her babies, what kind of person is she? She could have made some effort to take care of herself, its not that hard to find a job. She hops around from friend to friend and puts them in jeopardy of losing their homes. Wes and I did talk about letting her move in, but that was a very short talk. The farther away from us she is the better. She's selfish and uses people and I don't really think Mike is acting much better.

So anyways, I mailed you your two boxes today, hopefully there's enough stuff in there to keep you busy. I sent you some more of those drink mixes, when you get the boxes check inside the ziplock bags of drink mix in the centers for your bills. I used your card for everything so Wes couldn't complain about the cost, he wanted some of the rice crispy treats but I sent all of them to you. hehe. Hope you like the Jerky better this time. I heard from Lynda about mailing you books, her husband is doing much better. He had one and part of another lung removed about 6 weeks ago and now that he is feeling better she says that she is going to be catching up on all the stuff that got put aside like mailing the troops books. They are donated book and books she collects from her neighborhood. She and her husband live in Florida and one of those retirement villages where everyone drives golf carts like they drive cars.

"You know you are always going to have lame ass stupid f’s (LASF) where ever you go and you will wonder how in the world these LASF ever got this far with out someone knocking their lights out. Believe me I see em all the time. LOL. Be nice or whatever to them, but hang out with your own kind you know “smart asses who have a pair” (SAWHAP). Believe me it will keep you out of trouble. If it wasn’t for Joseph I probably would have been fired a long time ago. Haha. No one understands of SAWHAP like another SAWHAP. I’m so funny sometimes." written September 14th, 2009. Took me a while to find it, but it's as true now as it was then. hehe.

We love you and miss you everyday. Take care of your feet and wash your hands all the time. Your living quarters seem pretty crowded, if one of you guys gets sick it will spread to all of you. Be a germaphob and protect yourself. Loves Mom XOXOXOXOXOX

Move Discovered Photos of My Boy

From Mom, August 2, 2010 11:53pm

I know, some people just can't decide what toilet paper to buy either. hehe

Mike broke up with Katrina, pissed me off cause I actually liked her. She may not be in the best situation right now but atleast she is out there taken care of herself and her babies and going to school.

I pre-ordered your K3 with a super bright green lighted case today. There has been such a demand on them that not only is it pre-ordered, it's back ordered. I forgot to tell you that I used your card to purchase gas last week, $20. I also used your card to get you some stuff to send you. I put together two boxes and will send them at the same time, lets see if you get them the same day.

I set a timeline to move in order to have a goal to work for. I would rather you take over the house. I can't figure out if the doorway I made should be closed or not. lol. I can leave it and that way Andy and Amanda can have my room, you could have your old room and downstairs could be used by elliot or as an office.

Scarecrow was an hour and a half late Saturday and the property manager was working. When he finally showed up, she sent him back home cause his shirt was all wrinkled and it took him 3 hours to come back. Joseph says he is going to write him up, cause we just had a service team meeting and that was one thing that was discussed, being late and pretending to be sick. By the way. I haven't been late in months. Mike keeps asking me if I got to work on time. Ya know I was late all the time because of the boys. It was a hard adjustment to change my sleeping habits.

I love you, take care and have fun.

jesus how long do they want to wait
thats just ridiculous its not that hard to get a puppy and its like ohhh hmmm i dont know.. its such i big commitment shit...

and as for mike he will always remain your special boy hahahaha sometimes he pisses me off but whats to do i think he has gone beyond trying to keep the boys mother around..
and what happened to that chick that also has two boys
jeez sometimes

i wish i could by your house but your timeline is too short and andy and amanda would be my roomates along with elliot maybe
they all know jd and i think it would just be great cuz then i could maybe get a loan from the va as well ya know you would have to explain to me how that all works and such.. that way you wouldnt have to fix soo much in it... but still some things hahahaha im serious i will do it.. i want to i love that house and bg is fine with me even tho i was maybe thinking about salmon creek or something but i would rather get a house i already know about and you would have to change everything in the back yard unless you want the stones but i like it the way it is cept for the poo and the garden boxes i could do without but i really and serious.. lets talk more about it

From Mom, August 1, 2010 11:35pm

Hi,

Well we spent the day at Shirley's again, we had those people come to see Gretchen's puppies. They were all pretty nice and all, later after I got home I got an email form them saying they need to wait another year again.

Shirley and I went to HD and got a couple new ballasts for the lights inside the chicken palace and put them installed and yippi they now work. Then I took new pictures of the puppies with the help of Teddy. He is so funny. Then we went home.

Did I tell you that Ann left with Mike on the truck? Messed up. I'm not happy, Mike, I guess hasn't learned his lesson. Mike was pretty good about calling me everyday to let me know where he is and how things were going. I hadn't gotten a call from him in days and then I start receiving texts from his number. I knew it was Ann cause she just sends a message "how are the boys?" no greetings or anything.

I'd rather you purchase the house than anyone else, if you have a room mate that pays rent you would have a portion of the mortgage paid for. Since we currently owe a lot more than it's accessed at, it looks we won't be able to have a down payment on the next purchase. We should still be able to qualify for a Veteran's Loan. This house should still be funded thru the USDA even if we move, just like some houses are HUD house's.

Well I'm tired and have work in the morning. I love you and miss as much as always.

MOM XOXOXOX
