Heeyyy,

Sadie and I went to Shirley's today as planned. She had three different puppy people groups looking at the beagle puppies. Inbetween times we played with the boys and we actually managed to get the electricity connected to the chicken palace. I tell you what. When I went to connect the wires to the wiring in the pump house and checked the connections already there, I didn't think that it made any sense. There were bare/green/white wires all connected in the same wire nut. I know that sometimes when you only have a limited amount of wires you use what you have. I asked Shirley if the pump ran on 220v. She wasn't sure. SO I connected the new black to the black and the new white to the white and the bare to the bare group and Shirley went and turn the power back on. So we go to the chicken palace and turn on the lights and I'm like "are they suppose to be that bright?" then after a bit the big light starts smoking! Yes craziness. We turned off the switch and it was still lit. So shirley went back the the panel and flipped the breaker off again. So I figured that the pump must be drawing 220v power. When Al and Shirley were married, Al ran a outlet and a power line out to the pond pump. He hooked up the black to the black and wired the white and the ground together. Idiot! We almost burned down the chicken coup because of his stupidity, and he was suppose to be an electrician? I pulled the outlet he installed and found it to be wired wrong also and he had used stranded wire instead of solid wire. So I re-ran wire up to the outlet and wired it correctly then hooked up the chicken coup again. This time when we turned the lights on, it glowed correctly. All the outlets work and the heater also. When the wire was wrong the ceiling light kind of flashed and I heard a click kind of sound, and now neither one of them work. I disconnected the light and hooked up an outlet to the wire and that works, so it's either the bulbs (which we changed without success) or the ballast. I think all Al ever did was pull wire and not actually hook it up to anything. When we gutted the kitchen to rebuild the floor we ran extra outlets and wired for a garbage disposal and I had to show him how to hook up the outlet the protects the circuit from water cause he hooked it up backwards.

I will order you a K3 monday or tuesday, it will be a preorder, it doesn't come out until the end of the month. I don't think you want the green case, its the same color of my bedroom, kind of bright. Unless you do, I personally think the color is awesome. =) There's, black, chocolate brown, medium blue, bright green, orange, burgundy red, pink (yick)

I found someone's mom who's in Texas that knows you at Blessing. His name is Kevin, about 29 she says. So we are going to exchange emails, it will be nice to chat with someone. I'm glad you are back into the swing of things there, I imagine your PL missed having you around. You have a great attitude and good work ethic. Sure you have your down times, but I know how you like to keep busy and be in the thick of things when there's stuff to do.

I found someone who will let me breed Sadie to her chocolate standard male the next time she cycles in exchange of $500 and a puppy. The reason I want to do this is because I want a chocolate male that isn't related to either Fritz or Dutch. Shirley says she wants a male that looks like Sadie. I have a woman I sold a puppy to last year that is looking for a girl that looks like Sadie. This male is suppose to have only made chocolate and silver beige puppies. Our chocolate puppies are usually the fastest puppies sold. So I want a male that's not as big as Dutch to breed to Emma. I also am going to next year keep chocolate girls from Gretchen and Hiedi to breed to a chocolate male. If I time everything right I will have adult dogs that will be ready to start breeding when I'm ready to move. I gave Wes a time line, 18 months. I'm going to restore the house (down stairs bath sink) finish up some stuff, install laminate in the upstairs bathroom floor, take down the kennel, next summer remove everything in the backyard and seed it with grass seed. The only thing I'm leaving is the covered area behind the garage and the barn.

Love ya Mom XOXOXO
