Hi fav, the littles and i had a great day at shirley's, it was so nice to have a nice sunny day to be outside. shirley and i ran the wire for the rough in electrical, put up junction boxes for outlets, lights and a heater and then insulated the walls. so we got a lot done. shirley did the siding on her own in the pouring rain. So we are making progress, shirley wants to have a bbq when your on your leave. just like old times. she also says that she has plenty of projects to complete. we need to put a new roof on her house before next fall because it's leaking pretty good around the wood stove and it is sagging between the trusses. so it needs the moss And clean it off, then resheet it with osb sheeting and repair the chimney stack and should replace the plumbing vent stack flashing and then apply the metal roofing. so you can see that some help with that would be nice. hope everything is going okay. i love you and think of you all the time. take good care of yourself. mom xo
