From Mom, Sun 11/21/10 2:15 AM

Hey My Fav,

It's about 1:30am. I just got into bed. I started painting the living room today and about half way into it Grandma called me and asked me if I was coming over. I was like was I suppose to? HEHE. I guess that PreSilly and all the rest were over there to have dinner. So I wrapped the roller and grabbed Pony and headed over. Silly just loves Pony. Of course the biggest test was whether or not Fletcher and her got along okay. That went well and he was very interested in her and "teaching" her to sit and stay. I think they will be a good match for each other. They wont be ready for her for about a month or so. That's about when they will close on their house and repaint and move in.

This morning at FP went okay with Ann. I gave her the papers to read thru and when she got to the page where she needed to sign, she dug out a pen from her purse and signed it. I guess I kind of expected her to ask questions or discuss it and suggest changes. Breakfast was good, bacon was perfect. It looks like Cubby doesn't like whipped topping on his peaches, he wouldn't touch them. Teddy didn't talk much at first, it wasn't until later that he came out of his shell. Funny thing is that after I dropped them off at the trailer Ann sent me a text saying thank you for taking care of the boys, then a couple hours later she was whining to Mike about how there was no time limit on how long I would have them in my care. When you file for custody of kids the state doesn't want to revisit the case to rule on it over and over. It considers the placement permeate unless all parties involved request a change. I think it was just her family stressing her out about it, they were all there when I dropped them off. I think she will be fine in a couple of days.

I told Wes that you are getting some stuff sent here and he will just put the boxes aside for you. You and Chris should be getting the boxes I sent you on the 6th in a couple of days unless you got them all ready. I'm not sure but you may just cry when you open yours. =) What do you do with all the candy wrappers?

So I eventually got done with the whole dinner thing and came home and finished painting. I talked to Mike for a little bit, he is headed back to Salt Lake City with a trailer for Target. The load is a priority load and there's a rush to deliver it, it's going to Colorado. Emma is able to jump up into the truck. She is happy to lay on the bed behind Mike instead of on the seat where Gretchen sat in the passenger seat. Emma is a follower. When you walk with all the dogs at the dog park everyone else is running ahead and Emma is always directly behind. In the car Emma like to sit behind me and tuck her face into the space between the seat belt and the seat.

Well I better get to sleep. I love you and miss you everyday. Mom, XOXOXOX
