Dear Mom-

It was so nice to be able to talk to you. And for longer then a few minutes. I hope you had a safe trip to Yakima. I wish I could have gone with you. I miss having little adventures with you. Remember that one time we went to Salem for no reason. I just have all these memories in my head popping up now. Seattle is just standing out tho that was just a lot of fun also. I wonder what we should do for this time. We will just have to figure it out. So once again today I was reassured that and these are the Cadre Private I think I told you about exact words. “they aren’t going to take your leave away from you” So yeah, I’m pretty sure I am coming home. I might get a block break but I doubt it since 3 weeks are in between Thanksgiving and Christmas. But I might get one big one or both of those. I more than likely will go back to get settled in at my duty station. I was talking to Andy about that. Yeah I called him too and talked to him for about 20 minutes. Then I called my cell phone and checked my voicemail. There was a random message from Michelle on there. I dk about that girl. I just don’t understand how she got so clingy so fast. Kinda freaked me out. It’s weird I seem to be getting along with more black people then white people. Some of these, well most, white dudes are a mix of annoying or obnoxious bitches. There is like one white dude I get along with and people call him 8 mile cuz he is not so much a wigger but raised a lot around black people I think. I dk. But there is the other people from the west coast that I came here with. We are all pretty tight. And another from Kentucky. He is another Smith. Anywho. After all my phone calls. Oh and I called JD but he didn’t pick up so I left a message. I went shopping, bought another phone card. They are so expensive here. And I get charged a base fee of 15 minutes every time I call you. But then I got two more metal insignia’s for my patrol cups. And then a new watch band that is all digi camo and cool. Its way cool then I bought a Twix bar and a PowerAde because that’s all I was allowed. Came out to like 36 dollars. The most expensive thing was the phone card, was like $22. I don’t plan on spending anymore money till family day or if I have to get something. Which sucks. Somebody told me that if you save your receipts that when you do your tax return, your money comes back. I don’t know if that is true. It could be J but I lost my first one and didn’t get one this time. I was looking for a book to read in there but they didn’t really have any good ones. Then I was looking for an Army Mom shirt for you but didn’t really find any cool ones. Would you prefer a T-shirt or a Sweat Shirt. I was just looking around. There is a lot of stuff there that you might have liked. So don’t be surprised if you get something I dk about bumper stickers since they are kinda hard to take off. So I didn’t think that would be a good idea. But they had other things too. So I might get something. For all of ya. Not a shirt for Wes cuz he will sweat it bad, haha. I was thinking a key chain. Something along those lines. Haha. I’m gonna go to sleep. I’m gonna write more on this one tomorrow. I love ya.
