Dear Jeremiah,

It’s about 4:30pm, Friday. I have replaced today 2 water heaters in apartments that are vacant. I finished up my last turn for September yesterday. So I thought I’d do these water heaters today so I wouldn’t have to do them at the same time as the actual turn. The residents vacated early otherwise I would have had to wait. I just want to let you know that I still think that it’s a foolish idea for you to get married. Just wait your time and your lodging will get better. My feet hurt. I’m so glad that it’s Friday. I’m going to go to Shirley’s tomorrow. Give her a hand with the house. I plan on taking my chop saw with me. It’s the best for cutting trim. I got to go to Costco still. I’ve been putting if off. Mike, the boys, and I will be going tonight. I think my membership is about due for renewal. I went on to Ft Benning’s website and there’s not really much more there that I haven’t told you. The best way to drive there is probably I-84. my only concern is that you could be going there or I mean driving there when there’s a higher chance of bad weather conditions. So I hope your friend has a good car with good brakes and tires. It could mean trouble for you if you broke down on the rode. You may not check in at the base on time. That would be a bad way to start your next phase of training, ya know? I think I’m gonna throw away my blue work pants. They’re just too worn out. I can’t seem to make these guys understand that I need properly fitting pants. I’m going to start wearing sweats and see if they notice. I’ve been asking for pants for months. I’m tired of having raw places on my legs from holes in my pants. It just plain sucks. I’m just about out of here for the day. Sorry my letter is so short. I got to get keys cut and put stuff away. I miss you all the time. I love you.
