Hello Jerm,
At the compactor again L this morning was so bad here. Someone threw away some furniture then trash on top of it. What a freaking pain in the butt. It seems like whenever it’s Scarecrow’s day off no one else seems to think it’s necessary to maybe step up and help out. I always end up doing it all. During the summer with the pool care added to my work load, it takes me forever to even start on my turn for the day. Then we all get this letter from Joseph telling us how he appreciates all of our hard work. But that he is tired of “wiping our behinds” for missing stuff. I had issues early in august cause he let the clearers go into a vacant unit to start cleaning and I hadn’t even been through the unit yet. So he was like all “ I thought you were ahead”. But he knew that Dylan started the turn schedule before me cause the month started on the weekend. When I started the month I was already a turn behind Dylan. Joseph should have realized this, after all he’s the one that makes the schedule. He could have at least checked the key log to see if I had logged the keys in and out, thus turning the unit. I tell you I may have to drive a truck or something for my next career. I’m getting so I don’t want to have anything to do with anyone. He also mentioned that everyone had to at least be starting work by 9am. Cause I know I’m late a lot because Wes has tons of appointments almost every day of the week. Like today he had to have his blood drawn. Even though his appointment was early, he was scheduled with eight other at the same time. So he didn’t get home with the car until 9:30am, making me 45 minutes late for work. At least I was on time yesterday. I’m thinking about changing my hours when daylight savings time ends and start working 8-4:30. my body won’t think anything is different that way. Then change back in the spring. So anyways, now that I have that all off my chest, some good news. Mike got that job at the trucking company that contracts with the US Postal Service. Yeah!! He just found out about it today. So he hasn’t started yet or knows when he gets to start. But I’m glad for him. I like the lady who interviewed him. She seems like a cool person like me. Haha. So it will be good for him to be having a steady income and he gets paid to do something that he likes doing.
