Dear mom-

Hey what are you doing? Haha. I hope I get to talk to you tomorrow on the phone that would be way awesome. Me and smith are talking about the benefits you get from being married in the military. I don’t really care because all those benefits really go away because you’re married and you gotta spend and send money to the women. I don’t really have to spend money on anything. Cept there are some other benefits of being married that I wouldn’t mind, like being able to get your own place at first instead of a dorm. And then like you get longer vacation times and stuff. But its not like I’m gonna run off and get married over night. Haha. I’m thinking like maybe when I’m 30 if ever. Of course there is the whole if the good one comes along and we date for 3 or 4 years. Haha. Plus I want you to approve too. J I’m just sitting here on the floor and stuff still helping people organize their lockers and stuff. Some asshole that wants to quit fell asleep on his fire guard so now instead of having 2 people per hour per guard, we have to have 4 people per hour. These people that are looking forward to next Saturday so they can walk outta here are just dicks cuz they continuously screw us over. They have to wait till the third week to be able to just quit. Bitches. But yeah, no mail today so ohh well. Tomorrow’s kinda a relax day cept we have been the duty platoon this week and tomorrow we stop and the next platoon starts so we gotta do all the prep stuff for the so called “passing the torch” haha. Ahh chow was pretty good and now we have personal time an hour early. Means more time to write you J. But we did more running today for PT in our ability groups and it wasn’t really that hard for me. I could have pushed myself more but I stayed alongside the other Smith and gave him some motivation. Me and him are pretty cool haha. We are planning our family day thing. His wife is gonna be driving his Tahoe here to pick us up then we are going back to his hometown which is Auburn Alabama and we are gonna get our own hotel rooms and do whatever. All I know is that I’m gonna be eating food, watching TV and maybe order some movies if nothing is good on, then sleeping a lot haha. I might be doing some other things with him. Who knows but its going to be so nice to treat myself. It might be my only chance. Like I might have said before, I have a list of food I’m going to eat. Haha. And the hotel is by everything that I need. I don’t think I’m going to write a whole new letter to ya tomorrow since it will reach you at the same time if I did but I might add on to this one. Maybe cuz I’m thing about calling it an early night. I get paid soon. And I talked to the drill sergeant and he said he would let me check the balance and stuff so yeah I’m sure I will have enough to at least pay you back cuz it’s gonna be two paychecks so yeah. You can still expect a check soon. Just to reassure you J. I hope you weren’t worrying about that. The medical classes are going ok. I have to take a test on Monday then do the IV sticking. But anywho. I’m gonna go to sleep. I miss you and love ya lots.
