Dearest Favored One,

Well I have to say, !WoW! You’ve been busy writing letters. Yesterday five of your very much treasured letters made it to us. 2 to me, 1 each to Mike, Nicole and G&G. The hills surrounding us must have been echoing with our exclamations of joy each time one of us opened up the mailbox and discovered the treasure that awaited us. Haha. It has warmed up quite a bit today, our high temp is supposed to be 94, it was about 58 this morning coming to work. The wind is blowing and it feels hot. I’m just trying to chill ya know. So I’m in H102 right now and it’s fairly cool, sitting on the floor in the dining room. I needed to get off my feet for a little bit. I’m still having problems with my feet hurting. Not anywhere close to what I was experiencing a couple months ago. I now mainly have reoccurring pain on the bottom of my left heal. Mike just stopped by and I faxed something over to swift for him. I sure hope this works out for him and he is able to take care of himself and his two boys. Bear and BooBoo are visiting mom right now. I guess the last couple of visits with her didn’t go well for her. She expected them to cling to her legs and shower her with affection. Kids just normally don’t do that. They are easily distracted by their surroundings and if you’re not doing anything of interest to them, then they will move on to something that does. Last night I had Bear with me for about an hour before he went to bed and he was sharing gold fish crackers with me and Fritz, I think that he shared a cold with me too. J I got him a couple shirts and pants the other day. Camo! Yep. I was looking at material for curtains but the stuff was very cheaply made. I would like to find something that doesn’t let a bunch of light thru. I may line it also or I could make something reversible. Both Sadie and Fritz slept on my bed last night. Usually Sadie heads right for her box when she comes inside. But last night she hopped on my bed and looked like she wanted to stay. So I let her. I usually have Fritz and sometimes Hiedi. Sometimes I leave everyone’s boxes open so they can go in or out. But I usually put some away after a while because they are all trying to lay on me. J. Emma hasn’t gotten any bigger since you last saw her. Dutch has though. He’s a monster =) I think he weighs about 65 pounds now. Still solidly built. He is figuring out that if he comes and sits in front of me, I will pet his head and that it’s a good thing. Hiedi, Dutch and Emma are a real wild bunch that’s fer sure. When ever I let them out in the back they are all over the place wrestling around and having a good old time. Usually ending up in the pond with Hiedi and Emma having a water fight. The other three just watch from the sidelines and sometimes they join in, even Sadie. Sadie’s ears are doing much better. The other day I was rubbing her head in a way that normally would bother her and she didn’t whimper like she normally would have. They have been staying pretty dry inside also. So that’s a good thing. My phone had died, so it’s been a quiet, peaceful day. Only Joseph said he tried to call me because he broke the shut off valve installing a washing machine and wanted some help cleaning up the water. I broke a mirror again today removing it from the bathroom in H102. Some pop out, no problem. But sometimes people put so much glue on them when they are installing them that I have no choice but to break them. Well it’s time to go; I’m going to G&G’s tonight for diner. J. I’m hungry. So that will be nice. I love you and miss you tons.
